How often will you raise prices?
We may adjust pricing for new users from time to time, especially as our product grows and delivers more value. But if you’re already a customer, your price is locked in forever at the rate you signed up at (or the last plan/price you selected).
What am I paying for?
You’re supporting an independently-built product with a simple goal: help you control spending with clarity and speed.
Your subscription funds the ongoing development of OnTrack—absolutely NO ads, and NO "sell your data" business model, whatsoever. We will never do this. Read more about our commitment here.
What if I need to take a break?
If you have a monthly subscription, you can pause it at any time and come back later.
Can I get a discount or a coupon code?
We don’t run coupon codes—it keeps pricing simple and consistent. If you want a discount, use referrals (and if you need a bulk option, reach out to us).
